Vinpower WH16NS58 1.V8 does not support disc quality check??!!!! Please help!

I ordered before Christmas the drive on Amazon.com and that can measure the quality of burned media. !!!

I asked the seller on Amazon.com several times and was told that the drive has this feature.

Note: Otherwise, as far as the label and inscription: "Support Quality Scan" are concerned, this is a designation only for the European market. The American label on the drive does not have this marking, but the drive have this function (quality measurement).

You will get 5x BD-R disc (Plexdisc 25 GB) and 1x CD-R with PlexTools software with the drive.

Note: BD-R and CD-R (without plastic cover see, photos below), the covers is mine.
