Problem z nagrywarką LITE-ON SHM 165H6S

Witam,
Mam wielki problem z nagrywarką LITE-ON SHM 165H6S,
A mianowicie:
Do niedawna nagrywałem płytki (SONY DVD+R) na niej i działała bezbłędnie...
Od tygodnia juz tak nie jest ,
Praktycznie kazda płytkę zepsuje..., bufor wącza sie po ok 1 min. i następnie nagrywa - ale prędkość zapisu systematycznie spada, az do momentu gdy bufor zgasnie i nagrywarka sie wyłaczy. Nie wiem czym to jest spowodowane, zrobilem juz formata dysku i postawilem nowy system, Zmienialem Nero - wczesniej nagrywalem na Nero 7, teraz w Nero 6 i dalej to samo. Troche plyt juz nagralem i zaczynam sie zastanawiac czy moze to juz jest jej kres... i moze rozgladac sie za inna.
Dołaczam tekst z błedem zapisu, moze ktos mi pomoze bo ja na tym sie nie znam, a problem moze da sie ja jeszcze uratowac
