Bardzo rzadka konstrukcja Philips&BenQ Digital Storage - DH16WZS czyli BenQ DW1650 SATA spotykany tylko jako OEM w gotowych zestawach komputerowych , chyba najczęściej w wersji Dell.
Jest to jedyna konstrukcja oparta na chipsecie Philips \ Nexperia w wersji SATA .
Hardware =zmodernizowany chipset dla SATA w wersji Nexperia PNX7865EL oraz OPU identyczne jak w BenQ DW1650\1655 = Philips E143838(6650/10581)

Niestety prezentowany egzemplarz jest "dead " więc tylko foto wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne .

I obtained this drive recently. Is it possible to do quality scanning with it?

@mockingbird - IIRC, some folks over at MyCE/CDFreaks tried scanning with the drive, with very poor results.

It seems as though it will refuse to scan because the software will throw an error if attempted. I did not test it myself, but that's what I gleaned from the threads there.

Oh well... Maybe one day a BENQ firmware will be found for these drives, or perhaps there might be someone who will modify the Philips firmwares.
