Problem z nagrywaniem Acer

Witam
Mam problem z nagrywaniem płyt. W dostarczonym oprogramowaniu miałem program NTI CD&DVD Maker 7, dodatkowo zainstalowałem Nero. Na pocątku było wszystko ok ale teraz pojawiły sie problemy. Podczas uruchamiania NTI CD Makera wyskakuje komunikat No supported drive detected jednak w Moj komputer napęd jest widoczny i odczytuje płyty. Po reinstalacji systemu program działa normalnie jednak od czasu do czasu nie nagrywa płyt, zaczyna nagrywać jednak w trakcie wyskakuje problem i prerywa nagrywanie niszcząc płytę. Natomiast w Nero wyskakuje mi problem w trakcie nagrywania i kolejna płyta do kosza.

Nie znam sie na tym zupełnie. Będę mega wdzieczny za pomoc bo nie mogę teraz oddac komputera do serwisu (praca dyplomowa) a potrzebuje też nagrywarki. Pomocy
