Nokia 6610 i kabelek DKU-5

Witajcie!

Nie dawno kupiłem sobie kabelek DKU-5 do Nokii 6610, zainstalowałem sterowniki i nokia pc suite, i w Nokia Connection Manager co bym nie wybrał to pisze że telefon nie jest podłaczony. Sprawdzałem na stronie Nokii ale tam nic nie znalazłem. Program Oxygen Phone Manager for Nokia działa.. ale Nokia PC Suite już nie. Kabelek jest do USB.

Nie wiem czy jest tu jakiaś osoba która mi potrafi pomóc bo żadko teraz tu bywam, ale że
lubie to forum i już duzo moich problemów zostało tu rozwiązanych wiec...

A pozatym nieznam żadnego forum nt. komórek.

może spróbuj MobiMB tam była możliwość konfiguracji z jakiego kabelka korzstasz osobiście używałem f/mbus na com-ie oraz irde i działało znakomicie

PS tylko jak słodzisz to pamiętaj aby na czas instalacji odłączyć komputer od internetu bo w inaczej nie zainstalujesz programu

mi też niedzialal kabelek usb pod xp a po zrobieniu wedlug ich faq zadzialal mialem inny model pfonu niz ty a trzeba podajrze zainstalować soft reset dopiero podpiąć pfon i ręcznie zaaplikować dwa stery do usb (zaktualizowć) na noki stronce jest podane step by step i jest faq bogate

Nokia PC Suite 5.1 does not respond anymore.
Nokia PC Suite 5.1 does not respond during a data call.
I disconnected and then reconnected my phone, without waiting for Nokia PC Suite 5.1 to recognize that the phone had been disconnected. Now Nokia PC Suite 5.1 does not respond.
When installing Nokia PC Suite 5.1, I selected manually the COM port where the phone was connected. When running Nokia PC Suite 5.1 after installation, the connection does not work.
How can I check the IrDA connection in Windows 98?
Multiple Nokia 6610 modems installed in Windows 98.
IrCOMM upgrade needed to Windows 2000.
IrDA modem installation on Windows XP.

How can I get my Nokia 6610 work in Nokia Connection Manager using DKU-5 cable?
I can not find Connection Manager.
I am asked to select a COM port, but I do not know which one I should select.



1. Nokia PC Suite 5.1 does not respond anymore.
If you are using an infrared connection, reactivate the infrared port of the phone and then restart Nokia PC Suite 5.1.

2. Nokia PC Suite 5.1 does not respond during a data call.
It is not possible to use Nokia PC Suite 5.1 applications during a data call. End the data call and activate connection method(s) at Nokia Connection Manager.

3. I disconnected and then reconnected my phone, without waiting for Nokia PC Suite 5.1 to recognize that the phone had been disconnected. Now Nokia PC Suite 5.1 does not respond.
Before reconnecting the phone, you should wait until Nokia PC Suite 5.1 recognize that you have disconnected the phone. This process may take a few seconds. The phone icon displayed on the status bars of Nokia PC Suite applications indicates the status of the phone connection. In Nokia PC Sync, the Nokia PC Sync tray icon appears yellow and white when the phone is disconnected. If you have reconnected your phone too early and experience problems, switch off your phone. Then switch it on again (reset) and restart Nokia PC Suite 5.1.

4. When installing Nokia PC Suite 5.1, I selected manually the COM port where the phone was connected. When running Nokia PC Suite 5.1 after installation, the connection does not work.
Check that the communication port you specified during the Setup is the right one. If you selected the wrong communication port, open the Connection Manager from Control Panel and click the Advanced button to change the COM port (serial connection must be active).

5. How can I check the IrDA connection in Windows 98?
Before using Nokia PC Suite 5.1 via IrDA, you can test the functionality of the IrDA port in the following way:
Open the Microsoft Infrared Monitor.
Check that Infrared communication is enabled in your system.
Check that the Infrared Monitor has found your Nokia 6610 phone.

6. Multiple Nokia 6610 modems installed in Windows 98.
It is recommended that you should not select the "Enable software install for Plug and Play devices in range" option from Infrared Monitor as it interferes with the installation of the Nokia PC Suite 6610.

7. IrCOMM upgrade needed to Windows 2000.
If your PC is running Windows 2000, make sure that you have upgraded it with the IrCOMM patch. Without the IrCOMM patch installed, you will not be able to make data calls with your PC using your 6610 phone. Updates for Windows are available from the Microsoft Download Center.

8. IrDA modem installation on Windows XP.
If your PC is running Windows XP, you have to install the Nokia 6610 (IrDA) modem manually. To do this please refer to Installation Guide (Quick Guide) on web. The guides are located next to the PC Suite 5.1 download link.

9. How can I get my Nokia 6610 work in Nokia Connection Manager using DKU-5 cable?
Preconditions: You have Nokia 6610, DKU-5 cable, Windows OS, correct Drivers to DKU-5 cable and Nokia PC Suite 5.1.
Install the DKU-5 drivers to your computer according to Nokia DKU-5 Installation Guide.
Plug in the Cable, Windows should recognize the cable and find the drivers for it. Select Yes to the Digital signature question and the drivers are installed OK.
Start Nokia Connection Manager (if not already open).
Turn Serial Media on.
Select correct COM port from list shown by pressing "Advanced" button in Nokia Connection Manager.
Plug in the cable to the phone.
The phone should be shown in the list.
