A cena nadal kosmos. Nawet zwykłe DLki nie są wcale takie tanie.

Sony BD-R XL QL 128GB MID:SONYNQ1 to nowość - tylko Sony ma w ofercie BD-R XL QL 128GB ...

Ale BD-R DL i BD-R XL TL 100GB ....ceny już podobno nie da się niżej skalkulować ..to już minimalne marże .. wielu-warstwówki to droga i skomplikowana technologia....

Jak się nie da to na mnie nie zarobią. Zobacz na proporcje cenowe płyt 25 i choćby 100. To jakaś kpina.

Podobno nie da się wielowarstwek taniej dobrze już zrobić ... taka technologia ....

Zobacz że tanie DVD DL po~~ 1.50zł \ 2.00 zł sa nie do użytku.... Verbatim DVD+R DL ~~5 -6zł i działa wszystko jak trzeba...:ysz:

I did not find any quality scans

SONY-NQ1 (burned @2x with DM on WH16NS48, scan @4x)

In comparison VERBAT-IMk (burned @2x with DM on WH16NS48, scan @4x)

I don't know if there are quality differences of SONY-NQ1 media sold under
BNR4VAPS4, S4PPGD4RB25, ODC1500R, XDCAM product labels....

Same MID and quality, as far as I can tell.

This edition is already produced by Ritek, which took over the Japanese Sony pressing plants - the equivalent of the Ritek BD-R XL 128GB Archival Grade Disc

How can it be recognised? i do have old (pre 2024) and new ones of these. I will open up a new 10pcs pack and provide a scan in a day (and save the old ones)

Please look at the alphanumeric code of these enterprise disks - on the inner ring of the disk on top (it's something like a Lot#).
If indeed non-Sony disks have already gone, I assume that the code will apparently be either a different format or with noticeable differences.

for example here are my retail disks SONY 128GB, bought from Amazon Japan had such codes:
in February 2024 slim 5 pcs- 16DJ132SA
in November 2024 cake 25 pcs -16DJ1608B
in January 2025 cake 25 pcs- 16DJ1608B

Similar codes are on many disks for example BDR-DL Verbat-Imf-000
Mitsubishi Verbatim -> CMC Verbatim:
Mitsubishi Kagaku Media: DBRF 606V...
Mitsubishi Chemical Media: DBRF 606W...
fresh CMC Verbatim: DBRF 0618..., DBRF 0619...

I have looked many scans of SONY NQ1-001 on this forum and on the internet in general.
the best scans were at 2x write speed, 4x worse, 6x usually even worse.
The scans at 2x are so good, I haven't seen 3 layer 100 gb disks with better results than these 4 layer Sony disks

Ritek discs no longer have the Sony information printed on them. Ritek/RiData discs have the same information.

I don't know if the packaging differs between these releases.

My first SONY 128 Gb is only 1.5 years old
