a masz platny czy jakis darmowy serwer?
Trzeba utworzyc baze danych w MYSQL i potem powpisywac
DBNAME - Nazwa bazy
HOST - nazwa hosta - jezeli pliki masz na tym samym serwie co baza wpisujesz localhost
DBUSERNAME - nazwa usera do logowania do Mysql`a
DBUSERPASS - haslo j/w

Tak jak Ci napisal Kasprzak. Ja od siebie dodam tylko ze wszelkie linijki poprzedzone / / sa tylko i wylacznie komentarzem, tego sie nie edytuje.

albo inaczej sie zapytam jest jakas instrukcja(polska!) do zainstalowania tego forum i czy da sie to zrobic na jak nie to bym z miła chęcia posłuchał co macie do powiedzenia w tej sprawie...

jezeli np. sciagnales to z mulka to jest to nielegalne. Bo vBulletin jest platny.
Proponuje z darmowych jezeli nie bedziesz robil forum jakiegos ogromnego np. Invision Power Board - swietne np. (osiol,osloskop,forum emulka.net).

A jezeli bedziesz mial problem z instaka moge zainstalowac -> gg 1187335

Podaj treść komunikatu o błędzie.

Jeżeli masz wykupiony hosting to w wiekszości przypadkach adres bazy to localhost, niema możliwości podłączenia się do bazy z zewnątrz.
Przed instalacją vB wspomnianą bazę należy utworzyć. Robi się to przy użyciu narzędzia cPanel
Nazwa bazy jest w postaci: NickHosting_NazwaTworzonejBazy (pomijam serwery dedykowane). Dajmy na to login do cPanelu to XXX i tworzysz bazę o nazwie YYY, login do bazy to XXX_YYY

Oki, udało mi się zainstalowac. Wsio już działa, ale jest pusto :P
Problem w tym, że ja myślałem, że to nie tylko będzie forum :> chyba, że jeszcze coś muszę włączyć???

Ja proponuje korzystac zamias platnego vBulletin przyjemniejszego i darmowego SMF (Simple Machines Forum). Jest prostszy od vB, ale nie jest tak trywialny i masowy jak phpBB, ktorym po prostu ludziom juz chce sie wymiotowac...
