This language pack contains the following object definition file:

The following guidelines will help you successfully import .sld files:

1. Be sure to select the Copy repository files to repository root check box. Many resource files will be copied as part of the import.

2. Be sure that you have full control permission (including delete permission) access to the repository root into which you are copying repository files. By default, the repository root is read-only.

Note: This .sld file contains a repository object, called Console Repository. This repository object is also shipped in other language packs. Therefore if you import multiple language .sld files, this same repository will be imported multiple times, overwriting existing repository objects in the database. If you do not have full access control (including delete permission) to the repository root, import operation will fail because the new .sld file cannot overwrite existing Console Repository folder in the repository root.

Ja do zrobienia bootowalnej CD z Win XP + 98 biore sie od pieciu miesiecy...
A widzialem już gdzieś opis jak zintegrowac Win XP + SP2 no i oczywiście opis jak zrobic aby dzialał na nie wpałni legalnej wersji :)

Jak to MUI zainstalować ? Ludzie ;]

Pytanie czy posiadasz MUI do sposobu pierwszego (ktory dziala - sam sprawdzilem) czy Windows XP Embedded with SP1 Language Packs... mysle ze sposob drugi nie wypali chociazby przez wzglad na to ze nie ma Windows XP Embedded with SP1 Language Packs w wersji angielskiej - a to co podaja w linku to jest grecka... niestety ;) MUI posiada zwykly plik wykonywalny *.exe ktory po uruchomieniu spolszcza ang wersje WinXP...
BTW MUI (cd4 - bo ten posiada oprocz wielu innych jezykow - nasz ojczysty - polski) mozna sciagnac chyba jedynie z eDonkeya - nigdzie indziej go nie spotkalem

1.0 ABOUT THE MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP EMBEDDED SERVICE PACK 1 LANGUAGE PACK

The Microsoft Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 1 Language Pack provides components that contain non-English user interface (UI) resources that can be used on embedded run-time images.
To generate a Windows XP Embedded run-time image that displays UI in a language other than English, use the following procedure:
1. Run Microsoft Component Database Manager, and then import the language pack object definition (.sld) file you want into your component database. See the Installation section of this document for the name of the file to import.
2. Build the Windows XP Embedded configuration.
3. Add the language support component you want.
4. On the Settings page of the language support component, select the Include multilanguage user interface resources check box.
5. Add Regional and Language Options to your configuration.
6. On the Settings page, select the language you want from the User interface language list.
7. Build your run-time image.
NOTE: This language pack requires Microsoft Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 1 component database.

3.0 KNOWN ISSUES

***8226; Certain start menu items such as Accessories will always appear in English even on run-time images where MUI language resources were applied.
***8226; If you add multiple language support components that have corresponding MUI resources imported into the database, you can use Regional and Language Options in Control Panel at run time to switch the user's default UI language. However, the following registry key must be added before you can switch to the English language:
Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Nl s\MUILanguages
Value name: "0409"

***8226; For certain languages, user account pictures may not appear in User Accounts control panel. In this case, make sure to add the Images and Media component, and follow the instructions below:
1. Add the English Language Support component and the International Control Panel component to your configuration using Target Designer.
2. Using the Extra Registry Data node in Target Designer, add the following registry resource to your configuration:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Nl s\MUILanguages
Value name: "0409"

3. Use Settings node in the Regional and Language Options component in Target Designer to set default UI Language to English
4. Do dependency check and build your runtime.
5. Reboot and go through FBA in English.
6. At run-time, switch to the original UI language of your choice using the International Control Panel.

Owszem w MUI jest plik wykonywalny... zaznaczam natomiast ze "Windows XP Multilingual User Interface Pack" a "Windows XP Embedded with SP1 Language Packs" to nie jest to samo :) tak wiec w Embedded with SP1 Language Packs nie ma pliku *.exe a w Multilingual User Interface Pack (ktory mozna zakupic w MS za znajac zycie ciezkie pieniadze) jest plik *.exe. Przykre i bolesne, ale prawdziwe ;)
