How do I reload the OS?

problem z tym że po reloadzie on potrzebuje połączenia z kompem a komp go nie widzi :/

witam

mam taki problem - po próbie aktualizacji firmware'u w zenie (zen touch) pojawia sie menu RECOVERY MODE i... nic :/ co dalej - czy odtwarzacz przepadł? czy da sie cos zrobić jeszcze? PROSZĘ o pomoc
