Start systemu a Seagate Free Agent

Mam dysk zewnętrzny Seagate Free Agent 640 GB.Przy włączeniu kompa muszę odłączyc od niego zasilanie bo blokuje start systemu.Proszę o pomoc jak rozwiązac ten problem.
