Serwer FTP - proFTPd

Postawiłem serwer FTP na Ubuntu dla trybu pasywnego, ale mam problem,
żeby go ustawić. FTP działa tylko w trybie PORT.

Gdzie zapisane jest w linuxie każde logowanie na serwer FTP?
Czy proFTPd zapisuje je w katalogu /var/log/proftpd?
Wszelkiw wskazówki mile widziane :)

Zależy od konfiguracji. Może pisze do /var/log/syslog?

Możliwe, a to jeszcze sprawdzę.
Andy w vsftpd masz tryb pasywny? Próbowałem go ustawić, ale nie dałem rady.

U siebie mam aktywny, tylko ja używam go "lokalnie". Możesz sprawdzić konfigurację lokalnie dla pasywnego? Jak coś będzie nie tak, to wypłynie w logach serwera i klienta.
