Both, security and access randomly. Regular drive will not see BD from PS.

I have an LG Blu-Ray 16NSS55 drive flashed to 16NS58 and would like to do a disc quality check for PS4 games. On PS4, some discs will be completely installed in memory, while others will be booted from the disc (e.g. Dying Light). It's a smart thing they did with the game installation, but once it installs, will the drive only be used for security reasons, or will it still be accessed randomly? I ask because I have a game that installs, but when I check it out with QPXTools, the results aren't as good as you might call it.


If someone has done this, what is the recommended software and speed to check?
