Firmware 1.20 - factory version of Pioneer software
Firmware 1.14 - OEM for the Verbatim version
Firmware HE.2 - OEM for the version for the long-discontinued and briefly available LiteOn EB1

No official firmware releases were ever released for these models - everything was copied from the drives' memory and the kernel and firmware were decrypted.

strangely its a lower version than yours though 1.14

I don't remember any official updates being released for these Pioneer OEMs. Maybe the Verbatim OEM has newer software that supports the Sony BD-R XL 128GB media? It's hard for me to guess.

I can't find the firmware update; how can I resolve this?

You have firmware from 2017. Pioneer started adding support/firmware updates for these media from 2020/2021
