Q35 After I installed NERO software it display error message " SCSI / IDE error " at start up. Why?
A35 Please fix this problem by :
1. Uninstall NERO software, then remove AHEAD directory entirely from your hard drive before reinstall NERO
2. Visit NERO website for latest patch or update
3. Install AHEAD ASPI utility ( available from NERO website )
4. Install latest IDE bus driver from your mother board manufacture. ( available thorough motherboard manufacture web site or motherboard chipset manufacture website )
5. Replace IDE cable with correct spec and length
