Mam problem z wejsciem na stronke

Powinno mi sie pojawic okienko pytajace o login i haslo, a pisze taki blad:

401.3 Unauthorized: Unauthorized due to ACL on resource

Admin jest kumplem z grupy i nie wie czemu tak sie dzieje. Inni wchodza bez poblemu. Mam Win 98. Moze mam jakies zle ustawienia w przegladarce.
