Thanks for sharing your test results. Your firmware appears to be newer than mine, or is vendor specific. I could not find any newer firmware online. I have several DL results to post, then will try some MCC 004.

I attach label of my drive if it helps to make any statistics. I bought it as Samsung spare part (at least box was labeled so), printed part number BA69-01025A, on label BA59-02991A.
I remeber that original TS-L633R unit in my laptop also produced awful burns on MCC 004 and I didn't want to make poor discs, so only one burned. Maybe I will do a trial with DVD-R RITEK F1 one day.
Luckily TS-LB23D is quite good CD/DVD reader (even scanner), so I keep it as all around unit.
