50% off-topic - have you checked BD-R readability of this drive? I don't know if my copy is dying after reading maybe 10-20 discs, but I noticed that it doesn't read some discs - it recognizes media type, reads MID code, but claims that media is empty.

So far I came to a following list:

I assume that it can be an issue of my unit, but strangely it reads flawlessy terrible copies of PHILIP-R04 or BD-RE DL...
