I've only done very limited scanning with the TS-LB23L. Results for LDC and BIS were higher than most other drives, but not all. It's probably best used as a secondary scanner.

It seems that HP OEM firmware enables scanning contrary to my stock TSST, I wonder if it's possible to cross-flash without bricking, @czary2mary, any advice?
