OK, time for an update, the drive is alive again , I managed to flash the original dump I made using DosFlash. Instead of running W (write) command which was failing after erasing memory I decided to erase manually first, and after that write original file - in that sequecne it worked So laser started working again and looking at burn quality it seems that it didn't get hurt too much after all the operations

@jadburner: Cross-flashing using TSDNWIN confirmed that FW is incompatible (my drive doesn't have Lightscribe hardware and has different HW designation), operation is completed successfully both using 0500 and 0600, however after restart the drive wakes in BOOT mode. Only original FW brings it back to life.
