This is already a poor result, slightly positively skewed by the drive, which does not report all errors. I assume that media is now being produced with absolutely cut-down manufacturing costs, which must be reflected in the quality. Similarly, this media certainly differs from the old TDK media, which was still produced with genuine TDK stampers and dye, meaning that the burner use a strategy originally designed for a completely different medium, albeit with the same MID.
