hi, i bought an used one recently (the f1dx model with usb and firewire) but the courier treated it very badly and broke a lot of the external case (eject button inlcuded).
the burner seems to work cause it reads cd and writes cdr BUT it cannot complete AMQR burning (i used NERO portable selected AMQR and different speeds with different cdr) it always stops at something between 10%-20%
Could it be a defective drive or there's some other attempt i could try to let AMQR work?
