Don't worry, I didn't pay @billycar11 (and that's a good thing, because I'm pretty broke right now!). I did, however, pay for my MakeMKV license.

In fact, jabdburner provided me with the flashing software, the appropriate firmware file, and the instructions (it's pretty straightforward).
Everything went as planned, the only thing I couldn't do was back up the old firmware

Now I can play 4K UHD movies on my Pioneer player. A mega big thank you to @jadburner and you!

NB: I do have one question, though ... Is there an RPC-1 version of the BDR-211UBK firmware?
