Zrobiłem wszystko wg tego opisu (pod XP) i działa bezproblemowo:

Installation :
1. You should have downloaded a zipped package called cine2037_6382.zip. Within this ZIP package, you should have the following files/directories (please extract with "use folder names" option enabled in WinZip) :
/system
/system32
readme.txt
install.txt /* this file */
2. All the files in the /system directory should go into your x:\windows\system directory, where x:\ is your Windows partition
3. All the files in the /system32 directory should go into your x:\windows\system32 directory, where x:\ is your Windows partition. Note that there is a sub-directory within /system32 called /Drivers - please keep this directory structure intact.

Please reboot your computer after installing this decoder, and before using this decoder to play DVDs.
