This is a fix for the problem in windows XP SP2 where only 10 connections
per second are allowed by the operating system. This torrent contains a
fixed tcpip.sys that will allow unlimited connections per second.
This file should ONLY be used with the final release of SP2
First you will have to boot into safe mode (press F8 at boot)
Then run the install.bat which will put the file in the right place
for you. Then reboot normally for changes to take effect.
If that doesn't work (it did for me) reboot into safe mode
and manually put the file into your windows\system32\drivers directory.
The file was created from instructions by lvllord (

tested it on my system (XP pro corp SP2 english) and it works great, but I cant
guarantee it will work for everyone. Just for the record, i'm not responsible
if this patch causes your PC to catch fire and start chasing your cat around the
