You know what you may want to try? Uninstall both Roxio and Nero. Than, do a search using the Windows search function for some of the drivers on this page.

Move (save just in case) of them you find into a folder. Then, reinstall Nero and try again. This may be a pain but it's easier than a format. Hope this helps.
