How do I reload the OS?
Firstly, make sure you have downloaded a firmware for your player.
1. Select the Reload OS menu option (or Reload Firmware for the Zen Micro) from Rescue Mode.
2. The display shows that your player is removing the current firmware.
3. Connect your player to your computer with the USB cable.
4. In the folder where you downloaded this firmware update, double-click the .EXE file, and follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
5. When prompted, click the Upgrade option.
6. When the upgrade is complete, your player restarts.
7. A "rebuilding the library" message appears on your player's LCD. This message disappears when your player has finished rebuilding the music library.
8. You can now use your player.
