Nie wiem jak to jest z LiteONem ale w moim Plextorze poprzez PlexTools mozna wlaczac i wylaczac wspomniane wysuwanie tacki. Moze LiteON ma podobne narzedzie/program gdzie to sie ustawia.
Zajrzyj tez do Nero:
File -> Preferences zakladka Expert Featrures
tamjest opcja "Do not eject the disc after the burn is complete"
.. mozliwe ze to masz zanznaczone i dlatego nie wysuwa Ci tacki.
