Verbatim uses the same MID for their M-DISC and regular BD-R TL discs (VERBATIMk). I can't find my BD-R DL Verbatim M-DISCs right now, but I believe they have the same MID as Verbatim's 6x BD-R DL discs. That would mean the speeds you saw are correct.
