You have OEM Primera for duplicators and print robots. ;)
I do not know any way to copy firmware from Panasonic BluRay drives.
I am sending to PM the firmware I have. In this 1049 from Primera with factory flasher.

My drive came with the 1049 firmware, so unfortunately I don't have a copy. It is probably an OEM firmware, though. Do you know of a way to extract the firmware?
