czy ktoś jest mi w stanie wskazać źródło, przyczynę błędu, który uniemozliwia mi kopiowanie płyt DVD? - z góry dzięki za wszelkie info

Robisz kopię w "locie" na napędach podpiętych na jednej taśmie, to błąd.
Zrzuć materiał na HDD i tak przygotowane pliki nagraj.

Melag - zrobiłem jak radziłes - zapisałem obraz na twardym, ale przy probie wypalenia tego na płytce pojawił sie znowu ten sam komunikat:

Nie można wykonać polecenia zakończ w trybie DAO!

mialem wczesniej podlaczone oa napedy na innych taśmach i też był ten sam problem. Oprogramowanie jest ok.
Widzisz jakieś mozliwosci rozwiązania tego problemu?

Na jakich płytkach wypalasz ?

Spróbuj przepiąć nagrywarkę na Secondary Master.
Możliwe że to problem sterownika IDE, odinstaluj kanał na którym znajduje się DVD-RW i zainstaluj sterowniki systemowe.
