Maxell 1-16x Printable CPRM DVD-R

I would like to thank Dr. Gough Lui (https://goughlui.com/) for providing this media, which is unavailable in our country.
It is a recordable medium with CPRM protection, and experts already know that it is intended for the Japanese market. The country of origin is reportedly Taiwan, but it is a mystery to me from which era and manufacturer the medium comes. I have not seen such serial and stamper numbers on older Maxell media manufactured directly by this company. The large stamper code with the text "MAXELL DVD-R 1-16x SPEED and RG0003-4508" on the metallized inner edge of the disc, right next to the centre hole, is particularly unusual. Was it one of the last media produced in Japan directly by Maxell? Was it produced later (2006-2010) by their OEM partner Ritek? Or is it a completely current production from Ritek or CMC, continuing the current trend of returning MID codes and technologies of DVDR manufacturers who have not been producing themselves for years or no longer exist? If the media is actually manufactured in Taiwan, then it must be either option B or C.
