Verbatim DVD-R czy wszystko dobrze ??

Napisałem e-maila do supportu Verbatima:

Posiadam nagrywarke firmy LiteOn SOHW-1633S i mam pytania odnosnie waszych plyt. Zakupilem wasz produkt na plytach

pisze x 16 natomiast ta nagrywarka widzi plyty jako x 8 o co chodzi ?

Na roznych forach pisze zeby nie wypalac plyt z wieksza predkoscia niz x 4 prosilbym o porade.

Chodzi mnie o to zeby plyta sluzyla mnie dlugo, czy jest na to jakas recepta ?

Please have a look into the manual of your recorder. There you may find the information that recorder can burn DVD-R with maximum speed of 8X. For that reason it shows you 8X ***8211; this is all right.

We recommend to write a DVD always with the possible maximum speed or one step below.

The recorder recognize the DVD because it is listed in the firmware of the device. Also in the firmware is provided a writing strategy for that special DVD. So you can reach the best results.

In your case the recorder recommends you 8X and you should take it.

Do not change it manually and use lower writing speed. It will not give you any better quality results!
