Crossflash BDR-209EBK to BDR211EBK

Welcome to the forums, Tektek. The BDR-209EBK with firmware 1.51 should be fine to crossflash to a BDR-211EBK.

I have in my possession a BDR-209-EBK firmware 1.51 in a box 5.25 usb3 extern not mount in a PC. Can I do this crossflash in extern or not ?

Is it exact that the crossflash is to the BDR-211-XXX v1.53 to read UHD discs ?
Where can I find the good 211-v1.53 ?




Do you know if it exist a tuto or a explanation to do this crossflash ?

It take a long time ago that I haven't do this 10 years, the way is always to do is to write in the bios or to use another method like a software freeware?

Cossflashing with BDRFlash Tool? …But I cannot find the Tool anywhere.
