USB shouldn't matter. Software just reads from the drive the OS finds. I personally am running a USB drive.

I've connected 2 S11JX via 2 different usb adapters, Imgburn found them. I tried several drives and 3 USB adapters and can not find them in your software unfortunately.
I tried refresh button and opening your utilits several times and no any USB drives found.
