Stringray I gated the crossflash for your use case behind Recovery mode until somebody tests. If it passes a few times Ill move it to flash mode for general consumption

If you get me the firmware I can run it through my tools to add it to website and see what I think its usable on, downgradeable etc

Some LG drives have the mt1959 chip physically inside in them but report as mt1939. Trust the report in makemkv that says 1939 and do not flash!!!

Any evidence or reasoning on the "do not flash"? A lot say to not flash the 1939 and I dont know why, insight welcome
