I had pretty good results with DVD+R Mediarange...

I had pretty good results with DVD+R Mediarange TDK 003 (but they weren't printable) with iHAS124 F and AD-7203s drives. My last two saved scans are from last year and the beginning of this year....

It seems that this burner can't burn at 2x speed with firmware 1.05, minimum is 4x, does anyone have the same experience? Can you burn 2x with a lower firmware version?

I know. Paradoxically, I got 3x worse results with Spare Area than without it (when burning 4x). It seems that these media also have mixed quality on one spindle. But it was cheap, less than 1 EUR...
