To na pewno nie jest irlandzki przepis - na jakiekolwiek pytania kierowane do irlandzkiego Urzędu Celnego odpowiadają podpierając się linkami do unijnych taryf celnych.

Po prostu Loki miał pecha, trafiając na gorszy dzień Pana/Pani Celnik(a). :glaszcze:

Edit: Poza wszystkim - cła nie zapłacił, bo na pendraki cła (AFAIK) nie ma - zapłacił VAT i (bliżej nieokreślone) koszta poniesione przez irlandzką pocztę.

I tu dodatkowy pomysł (jak najbardziej legalny) dla osób chcących importować spoza UE towary o bardzo wysokiej wartości - VAT płaci się w wysokości obowiązującej w kraju, w którym towar "wkracza" na rynek unijny.

Wprawdzie nie zawsze (ze względu na dodatkowe koszty, np. transportu) będzie to opłacalne, ale... w PL jest 23% VAT, a już w Luksemburgu i na Cyprze tylko 15%, w Hiszpanii 18%, w Niemczech 19%. Irlandczycy sprowadzający używane samochody z Japonii robią to via UK na przykład.

Oczywiscie, z clem przesadzilem;) Wiem ze mialem pecha. Na moje szczescie oddali mi "dodatkowe koszta":)

Trudno powiedzieć, czy to zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane (bo raczej jest to pomyłka), ale jak ktoś lubi filmy na BR to warto spróbować :)
